Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with MIVOMIVO. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:


1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

  • Health and hygiene items (if applicable).


3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@mivomivo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you must ship the item to our return address:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card only).

  • Refunds typically appear within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact support@mivomivo.com.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping and provide either a replacement or full refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
