1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.


2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard delivery time within the United States is up to 14 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

  • Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly displayed on our Site.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to re-send the package.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@mivomivo.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement/refund.


7. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States. (Update this section if you plan to ship internationally in the future.)
